I ordered a piano on phone, was charged a deposit as they had to back-order the piano. I was put in a circle of, We have not received the order for some reason. Lemme talk to Yamaha and give you a call back (which they never do), which continued for three months from ordering date. Even on the final day I was told that Yamaha had further pushed the order to three more weeks, to which I asked for a refund. A very disappointing, sad, frustrating, and deceiving experience. Save your money and time
