Awesome and fun workout!!! It’s very challenging, but you leave the classes feeling stronger than ever and looking forward to the next class. The instructors have an amazing energy and the community is very welcoming.

I love my 1 hour intense workout at iLKB Vancouver! I love going to early morning classes & leave sweating like a pig! Love the motivation from instructor and fellow guys and gals hitting it hard!
