I absolutely love ILKB, it’s a great full body workout, have amazing instructors, this place is amazing, with a great playlist for the workout, I love being part of the ILKB membership. I high recommend it.

This is not just a workout! It is encouraging, the location is very clean, staff is kind and have an outstanding energy, and abaolutely supportive!
