Love this place . Went in to fix a horrible expensive hair color that was done by a well known salon . I got a gift card that is why I went . Bad mistake .My roots were dark and my streaks were orange . Went to see Amira . She transformed my cut and hair color. Now I have my confidence back . Thanks Amira . Amanda

Amazing Gym, they have done a great job at updating and listening to members. The facility has a bunch of trainers that all offer fantastic things. I think they gym may offer the best rates around. The staff has also improved immensely over the year.

I have been bringing my dogs here for years and have never had anything but quality service. On the two occasions my dog had been too nervous for the groomers to complete a grooming we have always come back the following day to have the work finished off. A much better solution than having a stressed animal. I would highly recommend this business.

I love the Spa At The Madison! Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for at the spa - personalized service. I don't feel like I'm in an assembly line when I'm there, and the products are second to none. The atmosphere is lovely, and I have no hesitation in recommending Katie, Kaitlyn, Asia, and Rena to anyone. They are great!

Very high quality spa, great relaxing experience, luxurious robes and heated beds for facials and other treatments - you're transported away to a peaceful place. Very good quality mani + pedi. I first went to Gigi's in 2011 with a groupon and met Audrey (Gigi's daughter). I've been going to her ever since!!! We've been trough a lot together (through dark brown to blonde and back a couple of times haha). My hair has always been very tricky because it's naturally curly and I straighten it all the time, and she ALWAYS makes sure to do the very best for my hair, ie ensuring the colour we go with is nourishing and doing a deep conditioning treatment pretty much every time (she's even given me samples). ALL at a price 30-50% lower that I have paid in the past especially for being so close to downtown Van.
Also, it's got reddish undertones, so she's very careful when I go lighter to ensure that I'm not too brassy (she knows what I like and makes sure to always verify what I want and ensure that I am happy with my results! One time, after a wash or two I went a bit brassy and she even invited me back and did a complimentary toner for me!! I'm very spontaneous so she's always fitting me in at the last minute, I may have to wait a bit because she's busy, but it's worth it :) I go so much that now when I go there, I feel like I'm family! Whenever I go, I KNOW that I will be getting the best value and amazing service! Don't miss out on finding this Diamond in the Ruff- I'm sure glad that I did!! Thanks Audrey, Gigi and the crew!!

A friend recommended this place, and I am sure glad I listened.
I was set up for a full cut & foils with Shanda, and may I just say she was fantastic. My color was done at the beginning on May, and has lasted so beautifully. I have recommended the spa services to a few family members, and they too have enjoyed their time here.
I have been to a few salons in my day, but non compare to the quality that this place produces. Thank you for a great and consistent experience.
