The only issue I have with Purolator is that, in my opinion, the drivers don't wait long enough after knocking or ringing the doorbell. This isn't a Purolator only issue. Canada Post and any other service seems to have the same issue. I understand the drivers can't wait around all day for slow moving people, but I have heard them, gone to the door, and watched the truck drive away. Have been very happy with politeness and friendliness of drivers and store front staff.

Ive always had good experiences dealing with Muskoka Delivery since theyre the ones that handle my UPS deliveries. The drivers have been nice, my packages have been delivered without any problems, and there havent been any issues picking items up either. This is more than I could say about Canada Post.
If I had to have one complaint, it would be that the UPS sign should be on a door, and not in a window, so its easier to see. Its a bit tricky to find the first time.
