I locked my keys in the trunk of my vehicle on Saturday July 30 around 11:30 am and called Chevy's roadside assistance. They sent me Joseph from Figliomeni and sons towing. These guys were fantastic! Pressed for time with the ground thawing, I needed to move a 36’ travel trailer into my yard asap. Not only did they do it on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of March, but during a snow squall to boot. Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?.
