doing a filter and uv light change with my brother one night and after installing the new uv light. it was over tightened and snap!!!the glass inner tube shatteres. it was late and everywhere just closed but i decided to call around for the replacement part. but no answer everytring was closed. oh no no water for the night. but dont i get a call back from ecowater north. they even stayed open late so i could get my part and for a resonable price too. il definelty be doingbusinesswiththemagain

From the time I called to the time the installer came to put in our new water treatment system I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Each person was more than willing to help me and my husband with any issues we had. The young gentleman who came to our home was very polite and was not a pushy salesman. He spent over 2 hours with me and my husband and we appreciate his patience. Thank you
