I have been calling every heating company that I could find to come and fix my furnace as I have no heat and small children. I called these guys and they didn't hesitate to come and resolve my heating problem. The gentleman who came to our house was very polite and knowledgeable. Not sure what the other reviewer is referring to I had a great experience with them and they were nice and very helpful. You shouldn't judge a company by one person that probably doesn't work there anymore.
