My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. We called Mike from JJ McLellan & Son and he was extremely helpful and took the time to explain how things worked and discussed the best options for us , he really made the purchasing very easy. Fantastic service. Got me out of a jam last winter. The guys that came to the house were great, really helpful. Provided me with heaters when they needed to wait to get my new furnace in. Cleaned up after they left. Started up the furnace this fall, and runs like a dream.

Glen from Pipeworks was excellent to work with on basement plumbing upgrades and installation. He responded quickly to calls and with an onsite visit to provide a complete estimate of the scope of work. Pricing was reasonable, understandable and very detailed with the work being completed in the expected time frame at the expected cost. All work was performed in a professional and tidy fashion. Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away.
