Today June 11,Tracey went the extra mile to ensure that the concerns l had with my new glasses and perscription were met.l sincerely appreciate the time and effort she took on my behalf.

The staff at Pilot Sound Shoppers Drug mart are quite exceptional, in particular Annette, who has put a lot of time into getting some of my more problematic prescriptions successfully filled. Not once but 4 times now. Can not say enough good things about her.
