Our dog is a rescue from a very bad situation. She is very afraid of new people and new situations. Elena is so patient and calm and has always been so good with her, we feel very comfortable leaving our pup there to be groomed. Elena does a great job and also always accommodates us, even fitting us in last minute if needed.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Like all Dollarama stores, they have a great selection of everyday items at fabulous prices. This is the only chain of Dollar Stores I bother with. They also keep getting better with time!

Check valve on pump found to be not working correctly thus laundry tubs not able to drain properly with pump cycling off and on. Cameron came and problem solved the issue to a satisfactory outcome. As we live in Holland landing its always nice to support the local business. We found the the business to offer efficient service, a personable and competent employee and fair pricing. I would certainly recommend this business.

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

In February 2022 my furnace stopped working. It definately has been a cold winter. I called T H Oliver as I had been a customer since 2004 when I lived in Aurora. Elise provided such amazing and caring assistance. Someone came out quickly to assess the issue. To make a long story short, they were able to replace my furnace in a short time. I have been dealing with SWB for several years. They are very friendly and competent people. They take the time to explain my policies and coverages available. There is never any pressure,just complete and honest advice. When I started with them it was just car insurance. Now they handle insurance needs for me, my family and my business.
