I walked in after pricing a nose pad replacement at $12- with one of their competitors. They said, "No problem, It's FREE!"
This service will definitely make me go back.
I tipped them homemade Oatmeal Raisin cookies and walked home in my brand new fixed glasses...

Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!
