Very pleased with the service. The Technician, Alan, was prompt, courteous & helpful. He listened to our description of the problem with our drier & he conducted tests, describing each to us, to find the problem. He tried 3 parts that he had in his truck but none would fit our drier, hence he put in an order. When the part arrived, Alan called us, near 4:00 pm on a Friday, and asked if it would be ok if he came to install the new part. We appreciate his dedication and customer service.

Beginning of July we thought our well went dry. Called Splash Well Drilling, who were already out on a job. About an hour later we got a call back. After explaining what happened, and the fact that we had added water to the pool the night before, they were told us a few things to try because he thought we might have just overtaxed the pump. I was so grateful for his honesty, he could very easily of come and re-drilled our well and we would have been none the wiser. Thank You, highly recommend.

The receptionist was personable and clear about when I would hear from the assessment of my tree. When I got the call, I was presented with options for my tree. I ended up choosing to take it down. They set the expectation of when it would happen and met it. I was at work when they did the job and it was so clean that aside from the fact the tree was gone, I would not have known anyone was there. I got a follow up call to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I would definitely use them again
