Think the person who gave you only one star must have been playing an April fools joke-letter written April 1. I have always found your prices quite competitive and sales staff available and willing to assist. The store is also usually clean and tidy. I definitely will continue to shop here.

I was recently helped by Jaxon in the furniture area. A bookcase kit was too heavy for me to lift. He was nearby and quickly came to help me. He placed the heavy boxes ( purchased 2) in my cart and said he would arrange for someone to help me load my car. He was so pleasant and helpful to deal with. He made my day. By the way the bookcases went together without a problem. They are well made and easy to assemble and good value for $129 each. Please thank Jaxon for me.

this little shop is absolutely a treasure! I have been hearing things here and there around Kelowna about this shop for a while now and never got the chance to take the short drive over to Peachland. Well I am glad I finally did. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Staff were very friendly and actually quite informed and didnt try to push an item on you.

I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. Her customer service alone stood out, however her kindness & genuine care is something I will never forget. Thank you Elke, I won't forget your kindness & wish you so much in return :)

I do not usually take the time to write review but I feel that I have to comment on what a great experience I had as a visitor in your community. My friend wanted to take me to her favourite shop there Ann help us pick out several wonderful tops and was quite honest about how they fit and looked. We purchased several wonderful items a few days later my friend got a card from Ann thanking her for stopping by with her Manitoba friend. Great customer service than you Ann. We will be back.

Great store located in a great mall! Loved the fashions and the brands they carry. It was nice to see many made in Canada brands and great jeans!
