We just had our gas fireplace cleaned and checked by Rooz of RGS. He was very thorough (even painted some small rusty parts), courteous and friendly. He explained how everything worked and what to do just in case we encounter problems. He did so much more than the guy we previously hired, and for the same price. We highly recommend Rooz and RGS.

Aston team installed two furnaces, heat pump and instant water heater. My good experience started from the moment when Patric came by and down the road including all the installations and fixing some minor issues with my heat pump which survived my massive home renovation. I'd like to thank all the guys who answered my questions and installed the equipment. Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!
