I didn't buy my pool from North West but wish I had.
We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!

Time to winterize the hot tub and the guys showed up as scheduled and right on time. They were quick and competent. Made sure gates were closed because of my dog and were in and out of my back yard in record time. I will be using your services again!! Many Thanks

Trevor and Gord built our pool two years ago and did a fantastic job. It is beautiful and we love it! The job was done on time and budget--you can take them at their word. We continue to use their company for service which is also excellent. Recommend them highly
