Loomis Express

They honestly don’t even try to deliver packages. First day was out for delivery but they never even showed up yet it said delivery attempted. There was no notice card left. This was after I updated my DHL profile to leave on the porch. They still didn’t do that. Why? Because they didn’t even show up. Next day package said it was on truck for delivery. They never showed up again. Called twice to both DHL and Loomis who assured me it was on the truck and the driver was aware. Still no package.

Have been waiting for our package since Jan 4. Tracking says it’s in Regina “HELD AT TERMINAL WAITING SCHEDULE DELIVERY” everyday we wait and still nothing comes. Every afternoon we call and they say it will be on the truck for tomorrow and must have been missed. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I just had a mattress delivered this afternoon on the day Loomis told me it would be here. They kept me updated on when it was shipped to the Regina Terminal, when it arrived, and when it was on the truck for delivery. The guy who delivered it was courteous and carried it up some steps and put it in the house where I wanted it despite its weight and bulk. My experience with Loomis was all positive. My only question is why only one guy with a big truck carrying heavy freight.

Missed driver the first day. Card said he would try again the next day. Never showed up! No indication on card where parcel could be picked up, or who to call!
