First I could not make an appointment by phone, then the appointment was made from a place in the US and when we arrived at the store, we were told we did not have an appointment. Great job, folks!
We were offered to wait, and we did that.
Apple was unable to help us, they only wanted to sell us new stuff.
If I could give a Minus-Star I would. Don´t waste your time, they are either unwilling or unable to help you. Sad, because a few years ago apple was good.
