Ne rentrez pas dans ce magasin ! Une fois la facture payée ce fini. Il n'y a pas le retour 3 secondes après. Vous allez avoir une note de crédit et une attitude pas du tout agréable à gérer avec le personnel.

Bad quality toys for dogs and doesn’t accept returns.

Terrible service. We went to buy two baby rats for our home and upon selecting them, they first, could not tell us which were male and which were female, then they had the audacity to tell us our cage, which was larger than the habitat they had for 6 rats, was insufficient and that they wouldnt sell us the rats until they had proof we had a larger cage for when they got larger. Poor service, poor manners and nonexpertise of common sense shown. We went to a better pet store.

Very helpful staff

When looking for a pet, the employees were very helpful and let us play with our pets and answered all of our questions. The decor is beautiful, and is worth dropping in just to see the animals and climb in the pirate ship found in theheart of the store.

Incroyable service

Nous avons acheté un petit rongeur : le service est incroyablement bon. La fille connaissait tout des petites bêtes. Nous avons eu le droit à des conseils hyper personnalisés basés sur notre style de vie. Les animaux sont nourris à la main dès leurs premiers jours ce qui les rend très aimable avec les humains. Pour le service, pour la propreté, pour l'amour des animaux : définitivement, c'est l'endroit.

Pratiquement une attraction

Une animalerie démesurément grande!!! Une attraction pour des enfants... Pour les fans d'animaux, c'est à voir!
