    I have been a long time customer of Welland Animal Hospital and I have always been more than happy with the service I receive for my pet. The doctors and staff are awesome, always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this veterinary location to everyone. Tina

    Whether on the phone or at the clinic, the staff are pleasant, professional and kind. I would recommend them highly. I have been taking my pets there since 2000.

    I love the W.A.H....

    I love the W.A.H. & all of the staff there. When you walk in you're greeted by the girls at the desk, whether it be Khris, Tricia, Melissa or Nancy. They're all wonderful. Dr. Karner & Dr. Fidler are amazing with the animals. They show such care & compassion for all animals. I have been going to the W.A.H. for many years with all the pets we've had & still have. My parents 2 little dogs, one of the cats, my own cat & now even my own puppy!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone who is looking for a vet!!

    Awesome!!!!!

    Recently I was in need of medical services for my pet, not knowing where to turn....I spoke to a friend who directed me to the Welland Animal Hospital. When I called and explained my pets concerns, I was upset , but by the end of the phone call I was relaxed and confident that my pet was going to be in good hands. My pet was seen in a timely fashion and I was seen by the caring Vet who made me feel relaxed that as a pet owner I made the right decision to come in for my concerns. Staff was friendly and caring

    Money Grubbin

    Very unimpressed with the service and level of care for my pet. In trying to gain help for my dog, the secrertary was simply concerned with money, and would not say anything until after they get paid. I was also told that I should have just called the vet I normally go to. Seems to me they dont care about pets, and just how much your good for. I will never take another animal to this clinic every again, and will reccommend against anyone else doing so.
