I had a set of Bio-Gel nails done and I regret it. The person doing my nails did not listen about colour, shape or length and they were rushed. On top of this, I had to go get a replacement set from another salon because they began to fall off, because they were improperly applied. less then a week later. I was charged $85 dollars for this terrible work. I had them replaced in another salon in the neighbourhood for $35, exactly how I wanted them. This time instead of taking less then half an hou

The place looks nice, but its service and quality of work are seriously lacking! It is also, sadly, pricier than other salons. I would NOT recommend it!

I went to get my eyebrows and upoetlip waxed and they burnt me. Instead of apologizing they insisted that they were not responsible for my burns. Terrible ppl and terrible service. They even charged me full price. I paid to get burnt!

On my most recent...

On my most recent visit, I wanted a buff only mani/pedi. The woman who came to do my toes very rudely told me that I'd have to pay an additional $10. I was surprised to hear this, and asked why I was being charged more when I was getting less (no polish). Instead of trying to explain, she again repeated that I had to pay extra. Because of the way she was speaking to me, I felt uncomfortable staying, so I said I'd go elsewhere. She walked away, and didn't even help me out of the seat.
