This business simply left the flower on the front step in the freezing cold while it was snowing and didnt even ring the doorbell to tell my mother she had a delivery. They would not compensate for damage. After I wrote a bad review on their website, they sent me a personal email stating: Feel better? You just boosted our google rank, not made it worse. How unprofessional and juvenile can a business be. They do not care about customer satisfaction and will not take accountability for bad service
