Astoundingly bad customer service. As they are the local Whirlpool reps, I suppose they feel they can treat customers badly and there's nothing you can do if you want warranty service. M&S ran us around for weeks about a part we ordered from them, saying it was en route when it had not even been sourced from the states. Took weeks more to get it, by which time we had already had another local company come in and do the work quickly and efficiently. I would NEVER use this company again.
