Terrible experience. Very arrogant and ignorant. 0 customer service skills. Has an older lady doing the taxes instead of doing it himself. Felt like I was in some guy's basement. The accountant is walking around in his office in shorts and t-shirt. If you're planning on going to this guy, I would highly recommend watching a youtube video and doing the taxes yourself. I can promise you, you'll have a lesser headache and more faith that your taxes are done right. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Carefull about this place and especially Mr. Ali. I gave over $600 dollars to file an objection and he promised to resolve the issue, yet he didn't do anything. He only looks for money. I ended up in worse trouble with CRA. It is the worse place to go to.

Please find another accountant. You will be sorry if you go to AR Rahman! They get you in by advertising a ridiculously cheap fee for filing a basic income tax return, but easily find ways to charge you more once you've started working with them. I had all my receipts very well organized, paid them close to $200 for the return, and when the CRA asked to see my receipts which I provided, I was required to pay back thousands with an interest charge from CRA to boot!!!!

Very bad experience. I have been there last year as well that time it was ok. When i went this time only his assistant was there and she calculated my tax return and showed me that i have to pay back CRA. And all my returns were less than half compare to last year. So she told me come tomorrow when the boss is here as she was not sure why is this less. When i went today his boss was so rude to me. I was talking so polite to them and the lady was explaining me the reason for change in the return. And he came from back and started misbehaving and being so rude and says mo need to explain anything. As if he was gonna do it for free. He made me cry by insulting me. Will never go back there and recommend no one should go to a place where they are not concern about there customer. Rating 1 star just because its required

Unfortunately, I was late to file my taxes this year but thankfully, I filed my taxes at the right place. I was worried that I may have to pay extra fees but the accountants at AR RAHMAN Tax were extremely polite, helpful and affordable. They relieved the stress that I had for weeks in a matter of minutes. I recommend everyone to go to AR RAHMAN TAX and ACCOUNTING located at Markham and Lawrence in Scarborough.
