I was very pleased with Norms professional service and knowledge when installing my dishwasher. He shared some very helpful tips about my new dishwasher and my extended warranty. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Excellent experience dealing with Norm. He came to check out my washer within an hour of me calling him and had the part ordered and installed 2 days later. He always was here when he said he would be and is very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him again.

How can I give Norm 10 stars on this app !!!! Very knowledgeable and he pinpointed the problem over the phone but still took the time to come out and diagnose the problem. When he was scheduled for the repair he was very promoted and quick. Please do yourself a favour and call bluewater appliance first !!!!

This is not a fake review. He fixed the dryer heater problem having the part the same day we phoned. It was a miracle. Very knowledgeable. Excellent. Blair
