When you call, the receptionist is extremely abrupt and rude. It took a week to get someone in. The service person that came out to the house, did not know what was wrong with our stovetop, so ordered the entire module. After another week of waiting, the module turned out to be the wrong one. He said and I quote "if me made a mistake so be it" "nobody's perfect". After 3rd week, they told us that they will replace the stovetop. It's been 4 wks and nothing. each time you take 5-6 hrs off work
