NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

SOOOO Unimpressed. I went there for a blowdry, a simple procedure. I was given an appointment with a "junior" stylist. They confirmed with me that the price would be $30, tops. I get there, and the "junior stylist" is making annoying conversation, asking me annoying questions the whole time. I ask her to do something so simple- a blowdry with big waves. Nothing else. It usually takes other stylists like 30 mins tops to do. She took out a flat iron, fried my ends, and gave me some weird style that I DID NOT like. Then, she proceeded to mess up my bangs. I go to pay, and they quote me $50. Yep, you read that right!! FIFTY DOLLARS!? For hair that looked ridiculous? They'd quoted me THIRTY dollars, then messed up my hair, and I never asked her to do what she did, nor did she warn me at any point in time that what she was doing would cost me $50, not $30, which is what had been previously discussed. Never, ever going back there again. I expected much, much more. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed and surprised to hear about this experience. We are very careful to quote approximate costs especially with hair services. It would have been very helpful to have received a phone call from this client as we could have certainly looked into this at that time. We would then have taken the approriate action to try and satisfy the clients needs as well as bring this to the attention of the stylist in question.

Bad customer service

I booked an appointment with them, and after waiting 30 minutes they told me they had to cancel on me and reschedule, because they had squeezed in somebody in front of me, and they were running behind. They asked me to reschedule. I wanted to cancel altogether and get a refund, but they said they couldn't do it, because I paid Dealfind (through their voucher). Now, they did apologize, and offered me 25% any services in the future, but I'm still not happy, My whole morning is basically wasted. Why do they make appointments then, if they're not going to keep them?
