My neighbor has raccoons in his attic - which I felt might be connected to mine. I called Vermitek and left a message. They called me back within 20 minutes & made an appointment. Turns out there was only a small opening for them to come through. They blocked it right away. I should be good now. The price was also very reasonable! Very please with their turn around time and efficiency.

We are so happy with Vermitek's service! Wasps were in our house and very active - really stressful! Mathieu picked up the phone right away on Saturday and came the next morning. Other Ottawa places who offered 24/7 service did not pick up the phone or return messages. Vermitek picked up right away, communicated via text in between, and came when promised. A great local company. I had a hornet nest in my living room ceiling. Mathieu arrived at the time he quoted, and promptly dealt with the occupants, removed the nest with a minimum of damage to the ceiling, and sealed up the entry point. He's friendly, easy to chat with and quite reassuring. I'm happy with the price, and I feel I got my money's worth. I'd definitely recommend him and Vermitek.
A raccoon decided to rip our soffit open and explore our attic last month! We called Vermitek to arrange for an estimate. We got a straight, very reasonable quote compared to other companies we approached. The guy was very professional and showed up on time, explained the situation to us and the work that needs to be done. Although unexpected rain cause us to delay the second part of the job a couple days, he gave us another appointment and finished the job as promised. So far, so good. Thanks!
