I locked myself out of my car this evening and called Reliance for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and professional. After taking note of the details, he advised me that a tow truck would be with me in about 20 minutes. The operator was extremely professional not only with his skill to open the door but also in appearance. He required but a few minutes to get me on my way. Thanks again for a great, prompt, and professional service.
