Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!! Amazing experience! I noticed item online, but it was only available in this store. Placed a call, sales person located an item and put it on hold (for whopping 72 hours). Just walked in and picked it up! So easy. Also, Gillian at cash register was so effortlessly, naturally and genuinely nice - just brightened my day. On top of everything - Oshawa store is so beautifully renovated that I think I will be spending a lots of time (and $$$) in it in the upcoming winter months! Lire plus
