Avoid this store. I brought my bike for repair (which I had bought there) and they said they would contact me first if anything replaced was over x amount. I got there and that was not the case they replaced way over the value. They are not that friendly and frankly just do not really care.

I don't know what happened with the other customers but we had excellent service and who ever the "girl" was the other review talked about was not there! They charged us exactly what they quoted us and adjusted the bike to fit my daughter with no extra charge! Very friendly staff!

Bad Service, Rude Service

We took our son's bike in to have the gears changed. The bike needed other work doing, but this was going to be part of a project at my son's auto shop. Eight days and $90 later we picked it up and the new gears did not work. We took it right back and were told the bike was not safe, there were other things wrong with it and the shop would not be liable. We pointed out that we had only asked for the gears to be fixed and the store had not done that. Still no luck. The rude girl serving ignored us for a while, threatened to call the police if we did not leave, and when we welcomed the idea of the police being called, she just went back to texting and ignoring us. At our son's workshop, they took apart the gears and found that they had been attacked to a broken wheel well. We called the owner and finally got a call back from him. He at first offered to look at the bike again, then called back to tell us he had talked to his server and would not be refunding our payment under any circumstances, In a nutshell he said he had lots of customers and didn't need to bother with us.

Do not expect Service after Sale

This place has a new owner since about a year. This is a one thousand dollar bike which I bought from them. Called on a Friday to have my bike adjusted (front derailler). This is a 5 minute job at the most. The girl told me no garantee for today but maybe but she would not dare ask the bike mechanic. I rushed from work to pick up the bike from home and take it there. When I got there, I asked if it could be fixed while I wait. She asked the mechanic when he walked by, He simply grunted, which probably meant No in his language. I'm bilingual and did not understand his language. He never made eye contact. I guess that's why they hide him in the back. I left the bike there anyways and would ppick it up the next day. Saturday, no calls by 2:00 pm so I decided to go to the store since I was driving in the area. The same girl speaks to me in English not remembering me from the night before when we spoke only in French. She went to see if it was ready, came back and said " he did not get to it yet. We will call you when it's ready" I simply said to her I will take it back now anyway. I knew they were not open on Sundays and did not trust they woukd call by end of day. She brought me the bike, No apologies and did not make any attempt to ask Mr. personality if he coukd make that 5 minute adjustment since I was there. She was pretty much saying " get lost, we're not here for Service." She has no manners at all to deal with people. Easy to know who she is. She is the only girl that works there. Actually no one that woks there have any manners at all. Where is the owner and does he care? Owner was is not there at all those 2 days.
