This is by far the worst Pho I've ever had. The broth has no flavour and tastes nothing like it's supposed to. There are a lot of great Pho places in Ottawa, so I feel really sorry for the people who end up here. But I guess since it is (as far as I know) the only Pho place in Orleans, some people take what they can get. The service was nothing special, hence the '6' rating.
