Just go elsewhere, where they care about the customer, and not just on making a sale.

Beware

I had a home insurance policy through this broker & when it expired & I went to another broker/insurance company they put through a new policy without my authorization anyway. Before I knew it they had taken money out of my bank account . . . then said it would take 15 days to reverse a "cancelled" policy even though I'd never authorized it. My advice . . . stay away from this company.
