Bench came damaged with chipping in corner. Manager said he will give a 10% refund after emails of damage and phone calls. Agreed simply because I didn't want to take the item back to store. I was told over the phone that a note would be put under my account for the refund. Went in to the store. No record. No manager. The worker claims that he can't locate any record of the transaction or discussion regarding the refund. Left info to get back to me but no answer. Poor product, poor service.
