He is the most honest mechanic hat you can find in my opinion. He wouldn't make you change parts if it is not necessary and there is still life left on that part to work properly. He would explain and sometimes show where the problem is . I would not go anywhere else, other than Polat auto.

The owner is very genuine and honest. For me as a customer who does not know much about automotive issues and problems that is the most important thing. The service is great considering how reasonable the price tag is. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

I used to fix my car there the owner is very genuine and honest. Your vehicle breaking down was unfortunate but they do take responsibility for the stuff that goes wrong in their hands I seen it many times. Please be fair when you are rating places and give the business owner credit

First time I visited this shop it seemed very good for the price and the work they did overall was good. But then slowly after the next 4 times every time I picked up my vehicle something else would be wrong with it aside from the original reason why it was there. Overall I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone.
