Terrible would not recommend, they misinform you on the telephone there services provided there. You pay as soon as you get in and one girl asked questions while another girl takes your dog saying there are going to way your pet and your unable to see or have any contact with your pet after that you feel there holding your dog hostage. A suppose to be vet comes out without your pet and proceeds to barely able to inform you what is wrong with your dog. Dont take your pet there not same environme.

Absolutely Discussed! We brought our little boy who was very sick to them, when we called they said we had to wait 2hrs to bring him in. When we asked if they could take him sooner he's very sick needs attention they said NO! We arrived on time to have him admitted we stood holding him in front of the doors for half an hour while staff member sold dog food to a customer, until my dog went into a violent seizure while the staff member watched, still pedaling the dog food! He died 12hr later.
