Do not hire! Contacted them for an estimate in July 2019, $10K+ project and asked them to schedule us in. Told end of August-early September start date. Called end of August, was told last week of September - 1st week October. Asked them to confirm they will get to us THIS YEAR because if not we need to hire another company, told yes. Called today, Oct 3, was told POSSIBLY at the end of October but maybe not until spring. Hire someone else, save the stress. wish i had seen these reviews in Jul

Don't waste your time calling these guys.....no show and no call backs....

Yup !! Me too called 3 times no call back finally a guy called said he was heading over to have a look and get right back to me... 4 weeks later nothing I called again she said I will let him know 2 weeks later shockingly nothing again, I called again to ask if they just don't care or are not interested in working or my business she said Ill page him again and WOW !! nothing... How the heck you run a business like this and still keep running is beyond me.

Absolutely No Customer Service

I called twice, was told someone would get back to me both times, finally someone called, said they would be there the next day 5 days later I am still waiting. Called again was told " I will make a note of it. " No apology, nothing. If I treated customers like this I would be bankrupt! All I wanted was someone to come and redo the eavestrough/downspouts!
