Poor customer service
Booked a pool opening early in the year. Company called and confirmed the date agreed to a few days before the opening. The technicians showed up the day before no one was home and the opening was incomplete. Tried to rectify this over the phone and they were blaming us for getting the wrong date amoung other issues. They promised to be out the next day, never showed and no call to tell us that this was the case. Still tried to place the blame on us. Totally disastisfied with this company and their utter lack of customer service.
