This was the second time we have been to the location, and although I enjoy Eastside Mario's, i would not return to this location. The service was VERY slow, we waited over an hour for our lunch, the food was mediocre; there was three strips of chicken for the entire pizza, it was cold and the salad was soggy. If this had been my first visit to Eastside's I would never return.
This was the 3rd time we were there, and only went back because we got a gift certificate as a wedding gift. The service is the worst I have ever seen. We got salads and bread with our meals. We got the big salad bowls, my husband had chef, and I had Caesar. He did not get his salad dressing until after our meal came, which was 1 1/2 hours after we got there. We never got any side plates for our salad and bread, even after asking many times. Never got our drinks refilled, even after asking many times. It took forever to get any kind of service there. It is too bad, because the food is very good, but I can not stand the very poor service, it tends to ruin a good meal. After 3 times and no change, we will not go back.
