Terrible experience. Gave Gene my paperwork to complete my personal and business taxes and he essentially held my stuff hostage for 8 months. Rarely answer my phone calls, rarely reply to my emails, and then when he finally did, he told me that he was sorry it took so long, he was just busy with another client? Like that was a good excuse? 1/10 - would not go back.
