Extremely disappointing experience. The lady at the store was incredibly rude, making the whole interaction unpleasant. The furniture quality was subpar; we had to return the dressing table mirror twice due to defects. Ultimately, the store gave us $100 instead of a replacement mirror, leaving us unable to find a matching one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible service they are scammers the FATHER and SON read your receipts you will not get any money or exchange. They are extremely rude they deliver whenever they want and at late hours at night unannounced. It’s a family owned SCAM! Disgusting!

I bought a mattress from them not even 3 months later the mattress is no good. Feel like you're laying on bumps and very squeaky. Never again

Do not buy from this place! Terrible people skills, cheaply made and your chances receiving the ‘new’ item will likely be full of scratches and look used. The new table we got does not even close properly when the leaf is removed, as soon as we took the pieces out of the box there were scratches everywhere. But of course, the blame was put on us even though we took photos of it the same evening it was delivered. Salesman doesn’t even want to look you in your face and communicate. Stay away

Extremely bad customer service. Furniture only looks nice, no quality and owner refuse to fix anything. Purchased a dinning room set, took two weeks to be delivered and when it came it looked like it was sitting in a shed for years. It was dirty and had alot of starches on it and cabinet handles were missing. Owner refuse to fit it. My $2250 has gone down the drain. I should have gone to the flee market, it would have been cheaper and I would not be upset.

Worst customer service

Terrible business, furniture is of low quality and salespeople are very dishonest. They will try to con and trick you.

I must say this is a great place with affordable prices i was getting only bed from another store but i got whole bed set in almost same price but am confused why people review bad abt them bcz they have excellent customer service as well

I normally don't write reviews, but I had to share my experience. I've came to Woodwine Furniture in the summer of 2015 to buy furniture for my family room along for my son's bedroom. The experience from the beginning was very positive. Rishu was my salesperson; he treated me & my family more like family than a customer. I highly recommend to other customer , best service i got from woodwine

I iam really disappointed with this place the son is a bice person, but i cant say the same for the service everday my furniture is to be deliver there is a sory and a half ive been waiting for weeks then when you call no answer if one thing i lern These small furniture is a no no li just looks good but the service no good

When I walked in to store it was very much welcoming, Moreover, once we started looking at products, store has a good selection of latest furniture and salesmen were also very helpful. I bought a sofa set, which I found under my budget and got it delivered same day. After sale service is also very responsive. I would definitely recommend the store to other people.

i bought few things from them they only send me one item and told me the others one's are not in the warehouse and i have to choose something else even though they told me the day i bought everything that they have it in their warehouse and will deliver everything together..... please people don't even waste your time and money because it didn't happened with me only it happened with one of my friend too which i found out after i bought all the furniture

too bad to be trusted

I bought two items from the owner of the business based on confirmation that both items are exist in warehouse and to be delivered on a particular date. They did not fulfill the agreement and kept promising a new delivery date, plus saying that one of the items is not at the warehouse, and so on......they even did not pick up the phone to reply back to justify the delays. until after 3 weeks from the agreed delivery date.....the owner sent his friend with one item only saying that the other item is not available in warehouse. the owner/salesman is not trusted at all, there is no commitment to customers. I strongly do not encourage anyone to buy anything from them.
