Dump It Bins

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!! I made the mistake of using this company I placed a call for the bin to be picked up from my driveway on Monday June 5 and now it is 1pm on Friday June 9 and the bin is still on my driveway. I have called everyday at least 4-5 times a day since Tuesday and the girl has everyday told me the manager is not in and she will leave a message on his personal line.The manager in 4 days did not care to spend 2 mins of his time to call me back.

BRUTAL!!!! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY! This was actually THE WORST experience ever ! They were supposed to drop it off on a Saturday and it never showed. We cancelled on Monday and they STILL delivered it on Wednesday. They were supposed to pick it up on the following Monday ... it's been 2 weeks and it's still in my driveway. 3-4 phone calls a day that go unanswered. They even changed their number at one point! KEEP LOOKING, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!

I wish there was a negative rating. Called for a bin promised delivery the next day. Nothing shows up next day and my project was at a stand still waiting for the bin to arrive. Called them several times, left VMs but no one returned the calls. Finally got to a person and she told me she will check with dispatch and will call me back, which never happened. Around 6pm again got hold of the lady and she told me that it would have to be tomorrow now. Told her to cancel, she hung up. Stay away!!

This is borderline a scam! They charge you a deposit and 3 months later they have not refunded the balance, not to mention they don't drop off or pick up when promised. Save yourself the headache and look for another company!!!

Run away from Dump-It Bins - FAST !!!!

Horrible experience. Never answer phones or return calls. Mislead and lie about the service and they will charge a lot more to your credit card than is agreed to.
