I was left waiting for 4 hours after I showed up breaking my foot, and they admitted me before apologizing that they forgot about about me. Very unprofessional.

If you think the clinic is bad, you should check in to X-Ray or Ultrasound. Wow, the rudeness of these receptionists is unreal.They clearly hate their jobs. Picture yourself standing at the desk for 5 minutes without even getting acknowledged. They also scolded me for not drinking enough water before an ultrasound. Also Don't see Dr.Johnson, he will tell you that he can't help you.

So disgusted in this clinic, daughter was sick on a Saturday said Bronchitis, I was asked if I would like Amoxicillin or Biaxin-pathetic. By Wednesday took her back, dr said chest is clear keep taking it rest. I went back because of her fevers 103.5. 8:30pm that night at the hospital diagnosed with Pneumonia fever 104.4, why did they not do a chest x-ray at the clinic, could they not figure out fever is spiked because of Pneumonia. (I think we saw a wantabe Dr)

Very poor experie...

Very poor experience. After told by Doctor nothing is wrong - "maybe take some Advil". Went for second opinion where a 5 minute discussion and simple examination of the injury easily diagnosed nerve damage.

Horrible experien...

Horrible experience. The clinic opened 20 minutes late and didnt start registration until that time. I waited two hours to be told i had a virus without them even taking my temperature,blood pressure or measuring my heart rate.
