Aromatherapy galore and everything so Thai oriented from the gentle, unobtrusive, quick service to the lemon grass aroma, the just-so shrimp morsels and the portions that were amazing. Small? we initially ordered the soup for one to be shared by 2 and guess what? We did that as the portion was simply fabulous and the bearer provided smaller sharing bowls - all without attitude! Authentic cuisine, reminded me of Bangkok, missed the fresh orchids! Great food, simple, hygienic environment... owner & daughter do a great job of delivering gracious Thai hospitality.
I had been to many Thai restaurants here in Ontario. And, I traveled to Thailand yearly for the past 8 years. I simply love Thai food.
Thai Pepper Restaurant is the only place that I can say "It's really Thai food." The ingredients and recipe are authentic. Very tasty. The chefs/owners are Thai. NO MSG!
And, I live in Scarborough but I go to Brampton, just for this restaurant.
A piece of advice: Tell the server your preferred taste: Original Thai Taste or International Taste (Mild)

I would say this place is the best in Town especially the taste of food. We love it! When I read the other comments who say .. portion is too small.. I think they dont know that.. This is Thai Food.. not a Chinese Food. The Chinese Food by culture..they always serve big size.. but for Thai Food.. they likely to serve in a smaller size. And also due to some herbs or ingredients have to be imported. That's why the price cannot be the same. I went to Thailand before .. the taste of food overthere and here are almost the same or even better! :D .
The food was great and the man who served us was very nice. The squid was great as well as the desert and the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely visit again!
