I recently used Plumbtech for a renovation. The plumber and his helper were both very professional and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me the completed job to ensure everything was done that was on my list.

Poor service

After 5 hrs spent on installing a dishwasher, reconnecting a fridge plumb line, installing a new faucet, & plumbing a new sink for a new kitchen , a leak occurred, causing over $10,000 in water damage. This was determined to be from a faulty connection of the water line to the fridge. Your plumber denied any responsibility & I ended up even being charged for another service call!!. I will not use you people again .

While the scheduler does try to estimate the required time for a given task it remains only an estimate. Sometimes more time is required if site conditions are not as expected, sometimes less.
