Very satisfied with both repairs and cost of repairs. My house has white capeting that provided Walter with some challenges due to its age and degree of wear and tear as well as the degree of damage done from cats clawing. Also had some 16 yr old Berber with cigarette burns in my cellar. Repair look AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Walter just left my home, having completed a repair to my family room carpet. I could not be more pleased with the result! My dog had torn the carpet in one spot and Walter was able to repair it such that you could not even notice it. Very professional, on time, and small jobs like this are his forte.
