Worst “mechanic” I have ever dealt with. I had an oil leak situation and was quoted to replace both valve cover gaskets on a 4.8 V8 X5. I agreed and left the vehicle, work was on and off for 8 days until complete. I was told during the process that the alternator should be rebuilt as it has to come out, and I figured they may as well do the work as they were in that area anyways.
