Andy was a life saver when we locked ourselves out of our new house. He was able to come within 90 minutes of being called, unlocked the door, changed our locks so that they all matched and cut us 5 new keys on the spot. We were incredibly grateful to see him but we hope we don't have a reason to see him again anytime soon!

Excellence beyond the call of duty

Andy provided us with excellent service, with locks we had already purchased somewhere else. Our house is a new build and so where the doors, new holes to make, some to adjust, he did it without questioning, made meaningful suggestions. Incredible timely service and with items missing from a lock we had already purchased he took it upon himself to try to order it. He is the man to call for that safe and secure feeling!
