It has been over 2 years since we got a paper on time. I have called your number and waited for a call back that never came It seems that your company does not even try to provide a service ; I have sent emails and received no answer

We have been having delivery issues for the last 2 years or more. It has been reported several times a week with no resolution. We will be told that this morning paper will come at 4pm or 6pm or 10 pm. and many times we get no paper. I had asked to speak to a manager and was told that it would happen within 48 hours. That was weeks ago and no call. What a useless organization.

"Anything to share?" Yeah! You need new staff, staff personnel that is loyal to you and the customers. I use to be a newspaper subscriber. Until I never got the paper for two days. It was delivered within an hour. 2 weeks later the same thing. This happened for about 2 months and I said to myself, "Frig this." 2 months later, the weekly flyer started coming... "2 Months!" Then they stopped coming. 2 years later my neighbour tells me she gets them. I called a month ago, still no damn flyers

how do i cancel home delivery...i put a sign up and they still left them in my driveway

Highly over priced, Irving family should be ashamed producing such an inferior newspaper. As for flyer delivery, they are operating against Riverview flyer guidelines. Note picture (Jan 14/2021) flyers in middle of a cluster of birch trees! It’s one thing to access that area most of year but in Winter another story.
