    HIgh quality flights for less

    I flew from Hamburg to Ontario two weeks ago. My flight only costs $230 because of the discount and I was even able to get a free snack onboard. Great site for booking high-quality flights without having to spend a fortune.

    Adding baggage

    Due to some strange reason, my credit card was declined after I availed of the additional baggage from the airline. My ticket was already paid for, but the baggage was not, so I hit up their customer service hotline and asked if the baggage payment was really declined. The agent checked and said that no additional baggage was added. He then offered to add it for me, so I provided him my details and surprisingly, it wasn't declined this time. Kudos to you, agent.

    Flight cancellation via telephone

    Last week, I called their customer care hotline due to some conflict in emails sent to me involving my flight cancellation. The agent was attentive as I gave him my details. He checked whether my flight was indeed cancelled and he even checked the status of reimbursement. Two days later, I received my full refund and all is well

    Rescheduling flights

    Last Friday I bought my ticket from LCY to ONT with Justfly. The booking process was easy and I was able to get my ticket within an hour. By Sunday, I was told that my boss wouldn't be able to fly with me on my departure date. I decided to re-schedule my flight so I called their customer service hotline, told them my details and reason for re-scheduling, and they did all the rebooking processes themselves.
